WELCOME

The World Harmony Foundation welcomes you and invites all Citizens, Heads of State, Parliamentarians and Mayors along with, Community and Business Leaders to form partnerships with Students worldwide to make commitments to building Cultures of Peace with Sustainable Environments by joining our Global Recycling for Peace and Harmony program to create future Harmony Bells for Peace.

World and Local Leaders are being asked to make donations of shredded decommissioned weapons and recycled metal to be combined with the recycled scrap metal collected and donated by Students worldwide. These Schools where Educators are implementing curriculums of Peace and Environmental studies play a crucial role in raising awareness within their communities, the importance of building Cultures of Peace with Sustainable Environments for present and future generations to come.

The Harmony Bell for Peace was first officially rung for the UN60th Anniversary Ceremony and Celebration, on October 24th, 2005 to ring in “A Time of Renewal” at United Nations Headquarters, in New York City. The first Harmony Bell was created from the casings of ammunition donated by the Chinese Military that was combined with the recycled scrap metal collected and donated by school children. Harmony Bells for Peace can be rung by all citizens of the world.
